Cancellation Policy for AlgoSoc 2025 Conference

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following policy:

- Cancellations made on or before 28 February 2025 will be refunded in full, minus an administrative fee of EUR 17.50.

- Cancellations made after 28 February 2025 will incur a cancellation fee of EUR 75, which will be deducted from your refund.

To cancel your registration, please refer to the confirmation email you received at the time of registration. This email contains a link for updating your registration or de-registering.
